About Carol

Carol DaviesCarol Davies is a certified professional coach whose passion is to assist individuals and groups to achieve Better Life Performance. She uses a variety of methods and practices including coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), guided visualizations, mindfulness, meditation, and positive self-talk among others. These help clients resolve issues around personal and professional challenges in their lives.

Having worked abroad for more than twenty years in large international organizations, her considerable management and coaching experience, combined with her recent training and expertise in holistic healing and energy therapies, give her a unique approach. Her extensive work with people from different backgrounds has given her a deep insight into the diverse ways that people can approach life. She takes into account the person as a whole, their life in context, not just focusing on isolated goals or behaviors.

Together with her clients she helps design strategies for success for them to achieve emotional and work/life balance. Clients learn to manage life’s challenges more easily by defining a plan to deal with an issue, breaking it down into manageable components on which to work towards habits of success.

She facilitates seminars and workshops using EFT for issues, such as Weight Loss, Motivation, Lack of confidence, Decision Making, Dealing with Difficult People, Social Phobia/Anxiety, Smoking Cessation, Compulsions, Interview and Presentation Nerves, Phobias, Stress Reduction and other topics upon request. With EFT you can effectively resolve emotional, physical, and mental distress at the source, often within minutes.

Carol encourages clients to take their lives into their own hands. She firmly believes “Happiness is a choice”. Be it relationship issues or problems with your health or confusion in your career, her comprehensive approach will help you bring your life into alignment, ensuring that you live a life of balance and happiness.

She believes that a coach’s role is to help clients articulate their dreams, desires and aspirations, help them clarify their mission, purpose and goals, and help them achieve that outcome in any area of life (i.e. personal, professional, relationship, health etc…). With a quite varied work and life experience, Carol enjoys really helping people to make a difference in their normal everyday life, to be the best that they can be.
